Asal ada buku nikah luar negeri, ya sah sah saja. Cuman bukan WNI lagi.
Tetapi jika hanya melakukan acara resepsi di luar negeri, dan lakukan akat nikah di Indonesia, itu sah sah saja.
Off course sah jika mendaftarkan pernikahan di kedutaan besar/konsulat jenderal RI yg ada di Luar negeri.. meski proses dokumennya cukup ribet
